Founder and Director of Rocksalt Interactive and Rockace Gaming, Utkarsh is an innovator at heart, offering strategic direction at both companies. With over 21 years of experience in the industry, Utkarsh brings intelligent leadership, strong management skills, and a distinguished creative instinct to the table.
While he began his career as one of the first creative artists with UTV and worked closely with creative leadership, he has had successful, enriching stints at top animation studios like DQ Entertainment, Escotoonz and UTV Toons as well. He is deeply passionate about the entertainment industry in India and is instrumental in guiding Rockace on its journey to becoming a leader in the gaming space. Outside of his work interests, Utkarsh spends his time travelling to new locales and photography.
Cyrus Mistry
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
CEO of Rocksalt Interactive and Rockace Gaming, Cyrus is an acknowledged authority on animation and games businesses. With experience of over 3 decades, he fuels strategic business growth via best-in-industry practices. Cyrus' goal is to harness his rich and varied industry experience to steer both companies towards newer vistas.
Prior to joining the Rocksalt family, he was VP Production for 8+ years at Technicolor India. During his stint he helped achieve 6x growth and won the studio 7 Emmy Awards, all while producing superlative work for world majors such as Disney, DreamWorks TV, Nickelodeon, Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, Activision and Rockstar Games to name a few. When he's not at work, Cyrus enjoys nature photography and automobiles.

With a rich 12+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, Maribel is the strong force behind Rockace, towards finding a sturdy hold in the casino and slot game industry. Having a passion towards the arts, she has been a prominent face in TV as a presenter.

Das Anand Arokia
PRODUCER
Anand joined Rocksalt in 2012 as a 2D animator and serves as Rockace's Production Manager today. With a career spanning over 18 years, his expertise lies in managing tests and setting up crack teams that have a track record of converting tests into projects. Having been a part of the Rocksalt family for over 8 years and delivering 60+ slot games, Anand has also lent his experience as an Animation Lead in his previous role.
Prior to this he worked at DQ Entertainment for a decade, contributing to numerous IP productions. Anand helps teams navigate projects smoothly with his vast production knowledge and acumen. In his spare time, he enjoys learning new software.
